People are considered immune if they have had 2 doses of the MMR vaccine, have been previously infected or were born before 1970.  However, anyone who has not received 2 doses of MMR is eligible for vaccination.  Please make an appointment for a booster here with our nurse or at the Public Health unit.
Children are usually vaccinated at 12 months of age.  However, if you have a child 6 - 12 months old and will be travelling to an endemic area, you may receive a vaccination early
