The office is open to patients for booked appointments from 8:30 to 4:30 PM on weekdays. 

The phones are answered from 9:00 to 11:30am and 1:30 to 5:00 PM.  Please note our doors are closed for lunch.

As an additional service, all of our rostered patients can access an advanced telephone support service.  This is not the same as Telehealth Ontario.  The nurse who provides the service can give more detailed advice and can contact our physicians if required.  This service runs from 5pm to 9am daily and on weekends.  Please record this number for your use 1-866-553-7205.
