As of 11 March 2025, the Rapid Enrolment capacity limit has been reached.
If you live within the Catchment Area and would like to be attached to Greenwood Medical Centre, you can contact Health Care Connect at 1-800-445-1822 to register for their attachment list. Once you are contacted by Health Care Connect, you will receive instructions on the next steps to be attached to the clinic. To complete the process, you will be required to provide some information to our team and to read and agree to all Greenwood Medical Centre Clinic Policies. In addition, on your first visit, you will be required to show identification or mail that confirms that your address lies within the Catchment Area. You will also be required to present a valid health card.
REMINDER: We know that waiting for healthcare is difficult. Our staff have unfortunately experienced unacceptable behaviour from prospective patients. Behaviour that violates our Clinic Policies will not be tolerated and patients (and potentially their families) that exhibit this behaviour will not be accepted for care by our clinic or will be discharged.
