Enrolment

As of 11 March 2025, Rapid Enrolment capacity has been reached.  Therefore, at this time, Greenwood is not attaching new patients to the clinic.  If you live within the Catchment Area and would like to be attached to Greenwood Medical Centre in the future, you can contact Health Care Connect at 1-800-445-1822 to register for their attachment list.  Once the clinic has capacity to accept new patients, you will be contacted by Health Care Connect and receive instructions on how to be attached to the clinic.  

To complete the process once you are contacted, you will be required to provide some information to our team and to read and agree to all Greenwood Medical Centre Clinic Policies.  In addition, on your first visit, you will be required to show identification or mail that confirms that your address lies within the Catchment Area.  You will also be required to present a valid health card.

REMINDER: We know that waiting for healthcare is difficult.  Our staff have unfortunately experienced unacceptable behaviour from prospective patients.  Behaviour that violates our Clinic Policies will not be tolerated and patients (and potentially their families) that exhibit this behaviour will not be accepted for care by our clinic or will be discharged.
