To Book an Appointment Online

1. Open a web broswer and visit https://portal.healthmyself.net/#/ and log in.  If you do not have a log in, please ask to be sent a link at your next appointment. 

2. Here you have two options: 

Messaging booking feature (non-urgent appointment requests only)

• Click “New Message”

• Select Reception as the recipient

• Enter a subject for the conversion (i.e. appointment)

• Write your message requesting an appointment.  Please provide the reason for the appointment as well so that reception staff can book appropriately. 

OR

Online booking feature (availability for online booking varies by physician)

• Click “New Appointment”

• Choose “Book Appointment”

• Select an appointment type

• Choose the appointment provided (next available appointment) OR choose “view all availabilities”

3. Next, pick a date and time that works for you.  In the section "Any additional details?" fill out the reason for your appointment and click "Submit"

4. Wait for your appointment to be verified by Reception via a confirmation email.  At this point you can also see upcoming appointments under your Appointments tab.  Confirmed appointments will indicate “Booked”.

To Cancel an Appointment Online

1. Log in to Pomelo, click on the Appointments tab and click the appointment you would like to cancel 

2. Choose Cancel Appointment and enter a reason

3. Select “Yes, cancel it” 

4. If you would like to reschedule, please rebook online, via phone or in person
